To implement a proactive and responsive mentorship program that identifies, supports, and empowers minority and low-income high school students as early as possible, ensuring they are equipped to thrive academically, emotionally, and in their post-secondary journey.
Our Intervention Program provides direct, timely support to high school students so they can navigate obstacles with confidence and clarity. Through our Student Support Hotline, drop-in office hours, and developmentally tailored workshops, we meet students where they are, whether they need guidance on coursework, help understanding school policies, or a safe space to talk through challenges.
We amplify student voices and work to remove barriers that limit opportunity. Through partnerships with schools, policy improvements, and family education, we push for equity, transparency, and lasting change in education systems.
